Singapore / UK
Harry Lim, born and raised in Singapore, his dance education began when he came to the UK in 2004. He took his first salsa class in November that year and his feet have not stopped dancing since. The last 5 years have been a wonderful journey of discovery and appreciation for this captivating art form. His main source of inspiration has been the enigmatic New York dancer and choreographer, Frankie Martinez, and also counts many others to have contributed to his understanding of the dance.
Having only moved to London from Liverpool 2 years ago, he has quickly established himself as a fine dancer on the London salsa social scene. He has become renowned for his musical interpretation, unique style, boundless energy, and most important of all, enjoyment of the dance.
He has previously worked with Adeyemi Dance Company, helmed by Mo T from Manchester, performing nationally in major cities such as Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, and London. His current partnership with Miriam Oppel has seen them take the international salsa scene by storm.
